The WARREN COUNTY FOR OBAMA story
It started in a Pancake House...It moved to a Coffee House...It found a home in an Antique House...
And ended up in a Fire House...and all we did was listen to the music!
Warren County for Obama
...it was about eating our cake and having it too...                                                                   next photo
...let's get this Party started!
from the    Pennsylvania North Country
The April 22 Democratic Presidential Primary in Pennsylvania was the most interesting since I moved here
to Warren, Pennsylvania nearly 41 years ago. A grass roots political organization arose bringing many
people here together for the first time. A voter registration drive which we promoted ended up bringing a total
of 1,200 new Democrats to our local voting rolls. This has been a traditionally Republican county but now
the difference between the number of Republicans and Democrats is only about 2,000 voters. This is the
closest that Democrats have gotten to becoming the majority party here, at least in my memory.
